Who am I?
I have been employed within the property industry since 2011. I have demonstrated history of working within the real estate sector including marketing, commercial agency, property management and valuation. Recent valuation experience includes:
Traditional residential properties
Commercial, retail, industrial and mixed-use assets
Alternative investment assets such as supermarkets, purpose-built medical facilities, car sales yards and boarding houses
Development feasibility
Unit entitlement allocations
When not working, I’m a self-proclaimed coffee and food critic. I am a walking, talking restaurant review forum – forget Yelp and Zomato, just ask me! My other interests include DIY home improvement, yoga and spending time with my friends, family and dog.
What bought me into valuing property?
From the age of 8, I would build entire cities out of toilet rolls and tissue boxes. I built everything from homes to offices to factories, which I would auction off to my family and house guests! I think it is safe to say that I took interest in real property from a young age. I chose a career in valuation for the same reasons it brings me joy today:
