Who am I?

I listen to clients and staff to produce the best practical solutions for all things property. With 25 years in property and over 20 years in valuation and consultancy its something I really do enjoy.

As a proud father of 3 children, chasing kids is time consuming. In my spare time my preferred hobby is skiing, but with not much of that in Newcastle the surfboard, mountain bike, dirt bike, running shoes and kite board fight for attention.

What bought me into valuing property?

As a mathematics nerd, I was interested in the science of property values, and hey, also the opportunity to do a few developments on the side.
